So with the beginning of 2011, I once again find myself entering an Ironman Event, luckily for me this year they are starting/holding one at Henley a tiny 12 miles from my house.
I am seriously overweight, well under trained. but this year I really believe I have a chance to make it to the start line.
With a mantra of no drinking and consistent training I am sure I will succeed this year.
I'll update as and when I have the time this year..
